We've begun gathering
data to better pinpoint our target market segment and product offering. So far it seems to indicate that some of our initial hypotheses may require revision, but we have too little data to draw any conclusions with certainty. An overview of this initial data is discussed below.

While our data gathering so far is limited and the uncertainty of these results are high, from them we can draw some interesting conclusions.
- Roughly even number of male and female respondents which may indicates that our product has a broader market base than previously anticipated.
- Vast majority use Face Book which indicates that this may be an important channel to reach our target market through.
- 40% of respondents were interested in subscribing which indicates a market demand for our product.
- Giveaways in addition to deals is generally perceived to increase likelihood of subscription.
- Whether or not Happy Freebie provides additional value as compared to Groupon received mixed results which indicates that more will be necessary to educate our user base on the value in our product.
- Age distribution so far is relatively young which indicates that an older audience may be harder to reach or that we need to do more to reach out to a greater diversity of respondents.
- Current data indicates that females have a 29% chance of subscribing while males have a 50% chance of subscribing, but it is too early to draw a relationship or conclusions regarding this.
